Brock E. Milstein

Chairman & CEO

Brock Milstein currently serves as the Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Milstein Asset Management, a family office focusing on value-oriented and opportunistic investments.  Brock and his family represent billions of dollars of investments made across a variety of asset classes over the past 50 years including commercial real estate, construction, telecommunications, gaming and hospitality, manufacturing, and investment management (private equity, public equity markets, and credit).  Direct investment in operating businesses have included companies such as the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park, a wholly owned Milstein asset in the gaming and entertainment industry.  Brock developed the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until July of 2018 when the company was sold to MGM Growth Properties, a publicly traded REIT majority owned by MGM Resorts International.  Brock has also served on numerous non-profit boards– such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the American Heart Association, University Hospitals, BreakThrough Schools, and the Ohio Council of Retail Merchants— and invested millions of dollars into his philanthropic and civic interests which focus on economic opportunity, youth education, job training, and healthcare as well as working with local, state, and federal leadership on initiatives meant to make his home state of Ohio more innovative and competitive.

Andrew L. Bass

Head of Investments

Andrew Bass serves as the Head of Investments for Milstein Asset Management.  Prior to his time with Milstein Asset Management, Andrew was a General Manager, Head of the Capital Allocation Committee, and a Board Member for FirsTime Design Ltd. (OTC: FTDL), and before that he was the Director of Research at North Star Investment Management, a value-oriented mutual fund management company.  Andrew started his career within the domestic research department of Harris Associates, Manager of the Oakmark Funds.  Andrew has experience in the financial and operational markets with an expertise in capital allocation strategy, business valuation, due diligence, corporate governance, capital raising, and operational restructuring & management.  Andrew holds a BBA from The George Washington University.
